Booking: All bookings should be confirmed in writing (letter, telefax, e-mail)
Rates: All rates are quoted in euros and are per person if not otherwise described. The published rates are subject to change without further notice. All rates are net to Serbia Incoming™ DMC.
Payment for individuals: Pre-payment upon confirmation is required. If we don`t receive a payment within 15 days before the arrival, the booking will be canceled, if not otherwise specified.
Cancellation Fees for Groups: Cancellation fees are not charged by us if a group is canceled at least 60 days before the group`s foreseen arrival date. (We fully understand that the organizer also has a loss of expenses in trying to organize a group, and we will absorb the high costs of the tentative proposal). If we receive a cancellation of a group less than 60 days from the arrival date, hotels, and contractors are charging us depending on the circumstances and on the dates of travel. This amount will be charged to the agent accordingly. During special events and blackout periods, other cancellation policies might apply.
As a general guideline, the charges will be (if not otherwise mentioned in the offer and service contract agreement ) :
- from 60 to 30 days before the arrival – only 155 euros to cover administrative costs
- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival – 25% of the total amount due for the hotel’s accommodation
- from 14 to7 days before the arrival – 50% of the total amount due for the hotel accommodation
- from 7 days until days of arrival – total amount due for the hotel accommodation and all other services involved for which we cannot be refunded.
Complaints: Possible complaints must be provided by the client directly to Serbia Incoming™ DMC during their stay in Serbia. Complaints lodged after the departure cannot be considered. For possible complaints the court of Serbia is competent.
Responsibility: The Agency cannot be held responsible for injury to any person on account of unavoidable accidents or accidents caused by a third party or for loss or damage to personal matters. The responsibility of the Agency is limited by law.
Terms of tour cancellation by the agency: Agency has the right to cancel the tour in case of an insufficient number of reservations. Agency has the right to cancel the tour in case of unexpected climate conditions or other circumstances that are important for excursion realization. If there were premade payments, the full amount will be refunded to customers.
