- Besides Serbian excellent English skills are a must. Second foreign language is highly appreciated.
- Professional experience in a similar position in the tourism and hospitality industry
- Motivation, creativity, love for detail, pressure-resistance
- Ability to cope with the responsibility of operating a program from A to Z
